Kendall College s Capstone Project is a unique learning experience that blends practical knowledge, strategic thinking and problem solving skills to prepare students for professional success. Part The Apprentice and part Top Chef, seniors from Kendall College s Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and Business schools work together over 22 weeks to develop multi-use projects for a specific site in Chicago s Central Business District (CBD). The concepts are presented to judges who are leaders in the hospitality industry and showcased at a Tradeshow and Awards Ceremony at Kendall College.
